What if my flight is delayed?
No problem. We track your flight number and plan the pickup around the real landing time, not the scheduled one. 60 minutes of waiting after landing is included free, so there is time for passport control and baggage. If you will be later than that, send a WhatsApp message.
Where do we meet at Keflavík Airport?
Your driver waits in the arrivals hall, just after you come out of the baggage and customs area, holding a sign with your name. If you cannot see the driver, call or WhatsApp +354 783 1858.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, a child seat is free. Tick the child seat box when you book and write the child's age, so we bring the right seat.
How do I pay?
Your choice. Pay the driver at the end of the ride by card or cash, or pay online in advance with PayPal or card when you book (no PayPal account needed). Nothing is charged unless you choose to pay online. Prices are in Icelandic krónur (ISK). Online payments are charged in euros at 137 kr = €1 (for example 17.500 kr = €127.74), because PayPal does not support ISK. Other euro amounts on this site are approximate (137 kr ≈ €1).
How much luggage can I bring?
Normal travel luggage is fine and costs nothing extra. Please write the number of suitcases in the booking form. With a lot of luggage, or skis and other big items, tell us in the notes and we will suggest the van if needed.
Is the price per person or per car?
Per car. Up to 4 passengers in the sedan cost 17.500 kr one way between Keflavík Airport and any address in the Reykjavík area. The van for 4–7 passengers costs 26.000 kr. Both ways costs 33.000 kr by sedan or 49.000 kr by van, which saves 2.000 kr or 3.000 kr compared with two one-way trips.
How long is the taxi ride from Keflavík Airport to Reykjavík?
About 50 minutes each way under normal conditions, depending on traffic, weather and your address.
Is there a night or weekend surcharge?
No. The fare is the same day and night.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup. Reply to your confirmation email or send a WhatsApp message with your reference number.
Is my booking confirmed right away?
You get your reference number on screen and by email straight away. The driver then confirms the booking by email or WhatsApp. For pickups within the next 24 hours, please also send a WhatsApp message so we can confirm quickly.
Can you take us to the Blue Lagoon?
Yes. Keflavík Airport to the Blue Lagoon is 9.500 kr one way for up to 4 passengers. The Blue Lagoon ticket is not included, so book your entry time at the lagoon first, then book the car to match. For other combinations, ask us for a fare.
Anywhere in Iceland? Get a fixed quote
Yes, we drive anywhere in Iceland: Golden Circle, Vík and the south coast, Akureyri, hotels outside Reykjavík, the Blue Lagoon from Reykjavík, or between any two places. Choose “Anywhere in Iceland” in the booking form and tell us the trip, stops and waiting time. We'll reply by email with a fixed price for the whole car, usually within a few hours. Nothing is booked until you accept it, and then you choose to pay the driver or pay online.
