Who is responsible

What we collect and why

When you book, we collect your name, phone number, email, pickup and drop-off places, date and time, flight number, number of passengers and suitcases, child seat needs and any notes. We use these only to carry out your transfer, track your flight, contact you about the booking, and keep records required by law (for example accounting). The legal basis is the performance of a contract with you (GDPR article 6(1)(b)) and legal obligations (article 6(1)(c)).

Who processes your data

• Vercel Inc. hosts this website.
• Resend sends the booking emails.
• PayPal processes online payments if you choose to pay online. We never see your card details.
• Our email provider receives the booking at hello@keftransfer.is.
• WhatsApp (Meta) is used only if you choose to contact us there.

Some of these providers may process data outside the EEA under standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

Booking details are kept for as long as needed for the transfer and for accounting records as required by Icelandic law.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing hello@keftransfer.is. You can also complain to the Icelandic Data Protection Authority (Persónuvernd, personuvernd.is).
